At Dee Legends African Market Place, we strive to deliver authentic Nigerian and African food items with the utmost care and quality. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

Returns

1. Eligibility Window:
   • Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
   • Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, prepared foods) are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
2. Conditions:
   • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
   • Email us at support@deelegends.store with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
   • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Refunds

1. Approved Returns:
   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
   • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@deelegends.store with photos/video of the damage.
   • We’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit upon verification.

Exchanges

• Wrong item received? Contact us at support@deelegends.store with your order number and photos of the item.
• We’ll ship the correct product once the incorrect item is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (opened or used).
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked “Final Sale.”

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Dee Legends is not liable for lost return packages.
