Returns
- Eligibility Window:
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, prepared foods) are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@deelegends.store with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds
- Approved Returns:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@deelegends.store with photos/video of the damage.
- We’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit upon verification.
Exchanges
- Wrong item received? Contact us at support@deelegends.store with your order number and photos of the item.
- We’ll ship the correct product once the incorrect item is returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (opened or used).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Dee Legends is not liable for lost return packages.
